Yup, friend of mine downloaded DVDProfiler (http://www.dvdprofiler.com/dvdpro/index.html) … it allows you to keep a detailed registry of all your DVDs, and (if I’m not mistaken) generate HTML pages for uploading.

DVDProfiler is quite nice, although there is no way to change the design of the online list it creates.
